Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for a Python Developer with React:B2B/permanent contractRemote from Poland
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly and responsive web UI in JavaScript/React/ApolloConstruct and implement GraphQL schemaDevelop and maintain backend systems with Node.jsDesign and optimize SQL database schemas and queries for efficient data storage and retrievalContribute code to other cloud based services written in PythonWrite and maintain robust suite of tests to ensure the functionality and integrity of the developed applicationsCollaborate cross-functionally with the global team to understand user needs and translate them into user-friendly and aesthetic user interfacesCollaborate closely with a team of scientists to build tools that assist in ground-breaking biology research
Requirements:Provable track record of constructing quality, user-friendly tools in a fast-paced environmentAt least 5 years of proven experience with ReactAt least 5 years of proven experience with Python and SQLEnglish at least at B2 levelExperience working on cloud-native architectures in public clouds (ideally AWS)Excellent communication skills for collaborating with a diverse team of professionalsAbility to quickly acquire new technologies and programming languagesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldExperience with modern CI/CD platforms, GitLab or similarExperience with biological data and processes is a strong plusKnowledge of cell biology would be a big plusExperience working with scientists or in a research environment is advantageous
