We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with experience in ReactJS and C# services to join our technology team. The
ideal candidate will play a critical role in the migration of legacy applications and the design and implementation of new software solutions. This position requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end
development, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

What You Will Be Doing

Application Development:Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using ReactJS for the front end and C# services for the back endBuild
and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integration between systemsImplement secure, efficient, and reusable code following best practicesCollaboration & Design:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product
managers, designers, and other developers, to gather and refine requirementsTranslate business needs into technical designs and architecturesPerformance Optimization:Optimize application performance, ensuring high responsiveness
and availabilityDebug and resolve technical issues in both existing and new applicationsDocumentation & Testing:Write clear, comprehensive documentation for technical processes and implementationsDevelop and execute
unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure robust software solutionsLegacy Migration:Analyze, refactor, and migrate existing legacy applications to modern platformsEnsure smooth data and functionality
transition while minimizing downtime

Requirements

What You Need for this Position

Technical Skills:

Proficient in ReactJS and its core principles, including hooks, state management, and component-based architectureStrong experience with C# and .NET framework, including the development of APIs and backend servicesHands-on
experience with SQL and database management (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plusFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelinesExperience
working in an Agile environment

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving
abilitiesWillingness to work in a fast-paced startup environmentTeam player

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)3+
years of hands-on experience in full stack development, with a focus on ReactJS and C#Proven experience in legacy application migration projects is highly desirable2+ years of automotive industry experience with DMS software
is a plusMaterial UI controls experience is a plus
