The Role
Senior Support Engineers (3 different profiles) in Buenos Aires (Argentina) – visit office occasionally may be required.
Timezone: US time zone overlap is needed for EST and CST. Working hours it will be good to have some flexibility as they have 3 shifts for support (night hours are not for this role)Hybrid work type (1 day visiting office is preferred). Ideal Profile
Requirements And Responsibilities
Candidates should be Senior with 5+ years of experience with deep knowledge of Linux /deep understanding of processes behind and be smart (two main points)Will write Bash scripts, do development in Python
Role
Support team supports what was built by Core team. Support Team small team with up to 10 individuals, with the following roles:
Senior Support 1st role (Linux + some Jira, Confluence, Tablo,Gitlab/GitHUB can be a plus)Senior Support 2nd role (Linux + strong knowledge of GitLab /GitHUB)Senior Support 3rd role (Linux + strong knowledge of JiRA/Confluence)
