Responsibilities

Perform Requirement Analysis Share Query Tracker to clarify any queries in the requirement Develop test scenarios/cases and setup test data Perform Testing – Test Execution (ST, SIT, Regression Testing) Analyze test results and report defects Defect Tracking to closure in Defect Management Tool Participate in the sync up calls, daily triage calls with onsite and customers on a daily basis and ensure defects to closure

Work Experience

3+ years of industry experience in Software testing/Quality Assurance. Experience in Test management tools like QC/JIRA Zaphyr/TestLinks Working experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) /Retail Industry with Ecommerce platform is an added advantage Good understanding of conducting QA for Mobile application (iOS/Android) platforms. 1+ years of experience in API testing using POSTMAN/SOAPUI kind of tools. 1 year working knowledge of Selenium Automation tool usage Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Experienced working with Agile development processes.”Self-starter” attitude with an ownership mindset ISTQB certification is a plus
