Description Of The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and executing manual and automated test cases, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality.Identify, track, and document software defects using test management tools.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and create comprehensive test strategies.Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Participate in sprint planning and provide input on product quality and risk.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by meeting deadlines and following best practices.Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.Hands-on experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.Proficiency in automation tools is a plus.Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Java, or similar.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
