QA Engineer (Manual) – ON-SITE

Within just a couple of years, our team has grown by more than 80%, we have moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we have embarked on several exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software, and robotics.

We are now looking for a highly motivated QA Engineer (Manual) to work in new challenging outsourced projects.

Responsibilities:

Manual Testing: Execute manual test cases Test Case Development: Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test scripts based on functional specifications and requirements Defect Identification and Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in the applications. Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to resolve issues Test Planning and Execution: Participate in test planning, execution, and reporting activities. Ensure thorough testing of all features and functionalities Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand requirements and provide feedback on quality issues Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field1-3 years of experience in manual testingPrevious working experience in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban) will be considered a plusStrong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processesFamiliarity with defect tracking tools and test management softwareExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with various stakeholders
