We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in API testing and database testing, with a passion for ensuring software quality and reliability across our products.

Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web applications, APIs, and database systems (Testing & Quality Assurance)Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing across multiple platformsConduct thorough API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar frameworksExecute database testing including data validation, CRUD operations, triggers, and stored proceduresIdentify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking toolsCollaborate with development teams to reproduce and resolve issuesDesign and implement automated API test suites using tools such as Postman (API Testing)Validate API responses, status codes, headers, and payload structuresPerform end-to-end API testing including authentication, authorization, and error handling scenariosTest RESTful and SOAP web services across different environmentsCreate and maintain API documentation and test data setsValidate database operations including data integrity, consistency, and accuracy (Database Testing)Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation and verificationTest database triggers, stored procedures, functions, and viewsPerform data migration testing and database performance testingEnsure proper database security and access controlsDevelop and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks like Playwright, Selenium using java (Automation & Tools)Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelinesMaintain test environments and test data management

Basic Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Proficient in SQL and database concepts (MySQL, PostgreSQL or SQL Server)Experience with API testing and REST web servicesKnowledge of programming languages such as Java and automation tool(Playwright)Experience with version control systems (Git)Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
