Accountabilities:

Prepare, manage, and monitor testing processes across all stages of developmentDefine and implement QA strategies to continuously improve product qualityCollaborate closely with engineering and business teams to identify and resolve issuesClearly document test results, bugs, and quality metricsShare QA best practices with the wider team to support knowledge growthActively participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to product improvement discussions

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a QA TesterSolid understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and test executionExperience working in agile, multidisciplinary teamsFamiliarity with bug-tracking tools and ability to document issues clearlyBasic knowledge of programming languages and interest in industry trendsStrong communication skills in both English and SpanishA collaborative, solution-focused attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
