What You’ll Do At Sol

Create and execute test cases, plans, scenarios, and procedures Partner with engineering and development teams to identify and establish testing automation opportunities Document and evaluate results of test plans; communicate progress of testing activities to stakeholders as necessary Lead and conduct various types of testing, including SIT, E2E, and Regression testing Detect, log, and report program bugs and glitches Partner with engineering and development teams to correct bugs and glitches Participate in defect triage meetings with stakeholders Provide support during preparation and execution of UAT activities Work with software programs such as JIRA, TestRail, and Postman

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in QA Testing, Agile frameworks and regression testing in the relevant industry Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field Working knowledge of programming languages and QA methodologies Proficiency in test management software (TestRail or similar tool) Strong analytical and communication skills Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite / Teams / 365, with the ability to clearly document technical processes and present findings to diverse audiences. Ability to quickly adopt potential client workplace communications and productivity platforms (e.g. Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
