Job Overview

logoWe are seeking a highly experienced Software Test Engineer to join our team. This role requires a seasoned professional with 10 years of experience, including at least 9 years of specialized experience
in software testing, project development, and contract management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, expertise in managing resources, and a proven track record of executing complex testing initiatives
in high-stakes environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead software testing efforts across the full development lifecycle, from inception to deployment.Develop, implement, and oversee testing strategies, ensuring compliance
with industry best practices and standards.Manage and control funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms.Oversee multitask contracts and subcontracts of varying complexity, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.Collaborate
with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to define test plans, test cases, and test automation strategies.Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests to identify
defects and improve software quality.Ensure system integrity through performance testing, security testing, and compliance validation.Stay updated with emerging testing methodologies and tools to optimize test efficiency
and accuracy.
Required Qualifications10+ years of professional experience in software testing, with at least 9 years of specialized experience in:Project development from inception to deployment.Managing and controlling
funds/resources using advanced reporting mechanisms.Overseeing multitask contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business,
or a related IT/technical discipline.Certification as a Test Manager or above by the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) or an equivalent recognized testing certification.Strong experience in information
systems design and management with increasing levels of responsibility.Expertise in test automation, performance testing, and security testing methodologies.
Preferred QualificationsExperience working with federal government contracts and compliance-driven environments.Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar frameworks.Hands-on
experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines to integrate testing into development workflows.Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern software development practices.
