Hourly Rate: 50-68/hr
Key Responsibilities:Oversee and validate the transition of code from C++ to Java, ensuring AI tools’ outputs meet quality standards.Troubleshoot and address any inconsistencies or bugs in the converted code.Work closely
with the development team to guarantee smooth integration of the converted code into the new system architecture.Offer deep C++ expertise to guide the conversion process, tackling complex coding challenges and edge cases.Assist
in restructuring the application for microservice-based architecture.Ensure the final code complies with industry best practices and coding conventions.Actively participate in code reviews, providing valuable feedback and
guidance to the development team.Maintain clear documentation of the conversion steps and any manual adjustments made throughout the process.
Required Qualifications:Extensive experience in C++ development, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality code.Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and system design.Previous
involvement in code migration projects, especially from C++ to other programming languages.Familiarity with contemporary software architecture concepts, including microservices and containerization technologies.Hands-on
experience with databases, both relational (SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB).Proficient in version control systems, especially Git.Sharp problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication and teamwork
skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams effectively.
