About The Role

Shoreline Medical Administration offers billing and reimbursement facilitation services to medical professionals and clinics. You will be an integral part of our engineering team that is responsible for the foundation of our day-to-day operations. We believe it allows us to find the best talent wherever it is, provide our team with maximum flexibility, and stand out to candidates

In this role, expect to:

Building internal support-case like apps to help ops team to improve case throughput and accuracy.Building external apps to help RMs to improve customer activation and engagement.Launch features with “0-to-no” impact to our customers and internal teams.Work individually on projects with ambiguity.Wear multiple hats including discovering and solidifying requirements as well as ideating solutions.

You will be successful in this role if you are:

Very fluent with Retool and Javascript: You have extensive knowledge of building with Retool, JavaScript and are comfortable working with PostgreSQL, APIs, Google Sheet, etc.Proactive and self-motivated: You take initiative and are self-motivated to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales and surpass targets.Strong written and verbal communication: you can iterate on ideas quickly and get buy-ins effectively across organizationsHyper-comfort with ambiguity: we are an early-stage start-up, meaning we roll out process and system updates frequently; you thrive on quickly adapting and applying changes to turbo-charge your goals
