logoThis is an exciting opportunity for a talented, progressive Reward specialist to join our People Team. As our Reward & MI Analyst, you will enjoy a varied role across employee reward, benefits and wellbeing. Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will be integral to the execution of ITN’s total reward to attract, engage, and retain our key talent.
You will also love diving into data and turning it into sharp insights that shape our approach. Lastly, this role plays a key role in our Sage People Portal, as one of our System Admin super-users.
This is a role that gives you immediate exposure and opportunity to work across ITN and its varied business areas.
Key Responsibilities:Play a key role in implementing a wide variety of reward processes and projects, such as annual salary review, ongoing development of ITN’s Career Framework, variable pay and bonuses, reward analytics, pay gap reporting, pension, benefits and employee wellbeingA “hands on” owner of core reward activity, which may include but is not limited to job evaluation and salary benchmarking, salary projections and calculations, survey submissions, benefits, pensions, and wellbeing processesProvide day-to-day guidance on reward within the People Team and to the businessLead on other People projects and business initiatives as requiredWork closely with a wide range of external 3rd party providers, building strong relationships to ensure they’re delivering great service to ITNProduce People and Reward MI and benchmarking analytics for ITN, for example Departmental Quarterly Performance Review packs and business data dashboardsIdentify trends and recommendations for action; supporting business decision making and improvementAs a Sage System Admin super-user, you will maintain and optimise our system to effectively support our people and processes, spotting opportunities for improvement and maintaining data integrityWork with 3rd party providers to support the data transfer across our People systems (i.e. new starters, leavers, etc.) and improve systems efficiencyBe a key interface between the People Team and Payroll, working to streamline relevant processes, so they operate in a timely and efficient wayWork closely with our Diversity & Inclusion Partner to provide analytical support for ITN’s inclusion projects and tracking D&I goals. This is an exciting and important focus of this role, leading on the production of D&I dashboards, pay gap analysis and providing quality data insights

Key Requirements:You’re a people person with strong numerical and analytical skills – natural data curiosity, accuracy and integrity are essential in this roleAdvanced Excel skills with the ability to interpret data trends and issues accurately and persuasively, and present both graphically and in writing, is essentialPrevious reward experience demonstrated through previous roles (ideally in a complex, fast-paced environment)Ideally with previous experience of completing job evaluation, benchmarking and implementation of reward/career frameworksA passion for problem-solving and the tenacity to analyse large and complex data sets with an excellent eye for detailExposure to working with payroll/HR & benefits systems/understanding of payroll operations would also be advantageousAbility to review, maintain and make suggestions to improve people processes and systems, helping to maximise our employee experienceAbility to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacyConfidence in collaborating with employees at all levels and external stakeholdersComfortable with communicating technical information to non-technical users clearly and conciselyA high pace self-starter, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple time sensitive projects and a positive, solution-oriented approachStrong planning and organizational skillsCIPD/reward qualification desirable but not essential
