We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more, then we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues – both direct to consumer and business to business revenues.
Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, World Rugby, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for businesses in the sports and entertainment space of all shapes and sizes all over the world.
Role Profile:
The Salesforce Analyst will work alongside our team of technology professionals to provide configuration and analysis support for Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud) implementations. They will be responsible for supporting the implementation of technology solutions alongside the rest of the team, performing testing and quality assurance tasks, providing general technical support to our clients, and contributing to business analysis activities.
Requirements
Your main duties and responsibilities:
Support the implementation of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, data migration, testing, and documentationWork collaboratively with project managers, business analysts, and developers to ensure that technology solutions meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budgetAssist with business analysis tasks, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and user acceptance testingHelp develop user stories and acceptance criteria for projectsAssist with end-user training and support to ensure that clients can effectively utilise their Salesforce solutionsParticipate in quality assurance activities to ensure that solutions are functioning as intended and meet client expectationsHelp maintain and update functional and technical documentation related to Salesforce solutions
The ideal background and skills we are looking for include:
Degree qualification or Familiarity with Salesforce desired but not necessaryCore business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mappingStrong problem-solving skills, time management skills and attention to detailQuick learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentComfortable in delivering presentations and demonstrations to stakeholdersPrior experience in a business analyst, or configuration role is a plusInterested in sports/ passionate about the industry recommendedDriven and a self-starter
