Requirements:Query, analyze, and interrogate data relevant to Salesforce.Create profiles and quality measurements of data for Salesforce migration.Manage and measure data cleansing and improvement activities for Salesforce.Document, define, and establish controls, quality, and appropriate structure and process for all data tasks related to Salesforce.Assist the Data Engineers in preparing reports for management, stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.Support and coordinate testing, user adoption, training, and communication for Salesforce implementation.
Nice to have:Experience in Salesforce and integration complex and large-scale projectsExperience in Agile SAFe frameworkExperience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations with multiple instances.
Responsibilities:Investigate, document, and become an expert in Salesforce processes, systems, and ways of working.Define problems, analyze options, and provide recommendations for solutions related to Salesforce implementation and data migration.Work with stakeholders to identify objectives, opportunities, and support on the agreed key benefits of the Salesforce project.Develop a strong understanding of Salesforce processes and solutions, focusing on delivering business outcomes.Write Functional Requirements / Stories to support the Salesforce data migration team in providing technical solutions to business problems.Conduct detailed analysis on data sources to produce field mapping and data type assessment for Salesforce migration.Support estimation and planning of work to convert requirements into User Stories for Salesforce.
