Job Overview

logoWe are looking for a SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) Developer (x|f|m) for our global eShop, -Website and related platforms in the IT Digital Customer Experience department.

You will be located in Madrid, Spain with the opportunity to work remotely on a regular basis.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing first- and second level incidents ensuring a flawless user experience for our internal and external customers as well as enabling the stable operation of our eCommerce platforms.

Manage incidents of eShop, website and related platformsCollect and analyze information on vulnerabilities (sifting, classifying, bundling and forwarding to responsible parties)Consult operations team on how to eliminate vulnerabilitiesProcessing of information and preparation of overviews for IT security experts and managementCross-departmental cooperation with other IT security experts, application- and system administratorsContribute to improvements on process design and operations as well as the development of the platforms
