Job Overview

logoGyga Force is seeking a Software Engineer for a cloud client based in the Seattle area. This position involves building and maintaining scalable, high-performance cloud solutions that power innovative
applications. While the role is based in Seattle, fully remote work is available for highly qualified candidates with proven cloud expertise and strong collaboration skills in virtual environments.
Responsibilities:
Develop, optimize, and maintain cloud-based software solutions and infrastructure.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and implement scalable cloud solutions.Design and
deploy APIs and microservices to meet performance and reliability requirements.Implement secure coding practices and cloud security measures.Automate deployment and infrastructure management using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure
as Code (IaC) tools.Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues in cloud environments.Research and adopt new cloud technologies to improve system architecture and functionality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud technologies.Proficiency in programming languages
such as Python, Java, Go, or C#.Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).Experience
with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architecture.Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience with serverless computing frameworks and event-driven architectures.Proficiency in real-time data processing tools like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.Knowledge of monitoring and observability
tools such as Prometheus or Grafana.Cloud platform certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Engineer).Experience designing and managing distributed, high-availability systems.
