Kforce has a client that is seeking a Scrum Master/Systems Analyst in Westlake, TX. Responsibilities:

Maintain and visualize squad performance metrics (e.g., burn-down charts) and artifacts to ensure accurate and clear feedback to the squad members and transparency to other stakeholders Lead, coordinate logistics for and participate in agile events (e.g., backlog prioritization, release and sprint planning, daily meetings, retrospectives, etc.) Participate and/or lead release management coordination and scaling events and activities to facilitate interdependencies across squads and product teams Act as change agent capable of coaching agile practices to teams and individuals from across different functions, experiences and geographies as they work through new and unfamiliar situations Provide business and systems analysis for an agile scrum team on complex projects Facilitate business discovery and communicate complex business needs into clear actionable systems requirements through research and evaluation of alternative solutions Run effective requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders, using various methods to elicit and understand needs e.g. process flows, user journey mapping Conceptualize and capture a problem or feature need and leverage different methods to convey the requirement to engineers and business partners e.g. process models, data models

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or above) in technology related field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Scrum Alliance Certified Product Owner (CSPO), or equivalent, Agile/Scrum at Scale a plus 6+ years of experience in Scrum Master, business/systems analysis, product management, and/or project management Demonstrated experience writing user stories and working with business partners to elicit requirements Deep awareness of working Agile/Scrum delivery environments and experience driving Agile practices, forecasting, estimating, and planning Jira, Jira Xray, Jira Align, and Confluence experience Exceptional communication, collaboration, organization and planning, and presentation skills, with validated ability to build trust, bridge understandings across business and technical team members, and work across geographically dispersed teams Innovative, intellectually curious, and a team-oriented demeanor to continuously learn and improve Practiced at building strong relationships as you collaborate across the organization to manage expectations, deliver outcomes, and ensure alignment on all fronts Effective facilitation skills and can brainstorm with the team to generate solutions that address challenges and roadblocks to accelerating value delivery Passionate about understanding user business flows with a consistent track record for using this knowledge to create comprehensive analysis proposals and test cases for supporting systems Ability to accelerate overall squad performance, efficiency and value delivered by engaging within and across squads to find opportunities to improve agile maturity and metrics, and provide coaching, training, and resources Financial services, investment management knowledge and experience preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
