Job Overview
We at Coforge are hiring a Scrum Master with Web Management with the following skillset :
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective) for API teams• Remove impediments and foster collaboration within both teams• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices• Utilize JIRA for project management and tracking• Coach team members on Agile methodologies• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to align and optimize processes• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.• Work with the Product Developer to prioritise the product backlog.
Ideal Candidate:• Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple teams• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to lead and motivate teams• Proficient in JIRA• Passionate about Agile development and continuous improvement• Preferred skills and qualifications• General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying.• Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).• SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
