Role OverviewAs a Senior React Native Engineer at Licious, you will drive the development of high-impact mobile apps, ensuring seamless user experiences and top performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and contribute to building scalable, high-quality consumer applications.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements for our mobile applicationsWrite high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code using React Native, JavaScript, and related technologiesParticipate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices are maintainedWork closely with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect user interfaces and ensure seamless user experiencesOptimize mobile applications for maximum performance, scalability, and responsiveness across a variety of devices and screen sizes.Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues as they arise, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutionsStay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development, ensuring that our applications leverage the latest technologies and best practicesContribute to technical discussions, share insights, and mentor junior developers as needed.Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the applications are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards before release
What makes you a magic ingredient to our recipe?6-9 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development, with a strong emphasis on React Native.Experience in integrating React Native content with standalone iOS and Android applications along with CodePushExtensive experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+, and modern frontend libraries and toolsProven track record of delivering successful, user-focused mobile applications with intuitive UIs and smooth user experiencesIn-depth knowledge of state management solutions like Redux, and the ability to architect complex data flows.Expertise in integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous operations seamlessly.Knowledge of data fetching libraries such as React Query/Redux Toolkit Query is a bonus.Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git)Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tackling technical challenges.A portfolio showcasing your React Native projects and contributions to the mobile app development field is highly desirable.
