Introduction

What You Will Be Doing

Working with senior stakeholders to understand drivers behind core business trends within CRM marketingPerforming deep dive analytics aimed at improving customer experience and drive revenue upliftsProviding recommendations to stakeholders to guide CRM marketing strategiesBe responsible for measuring the benefit of our CRM and marketing capabilities across the UK business Acting as the lead on larger, strategic pieces of analysis within the UK analytics teamPresentation of insights and recommendations to senior stakeholdersDelivering within a highly organised, documented and auditable environment
