 About NuraxiNuraxi is building the foundational AI platform for personalized longevity. We combine biometric data, wearables, behavioral signals, and machine learning to model healthspan trajectories and deliver real-time, personalized insights. Backed by institutional partnerships and funding, we’re entering a period of rapid product expansion and are looking for a senior backend engineer to help scale our platform from the ground up.
 What You’ll DoAs a Senior Backend Engineer at Nuraxi, you’ll be responsible for building the APIs, infrastructure, and data services that power our digital health products—from clinician dashboards to personalized recommendations generated by our bio-twin engine.You will:Build and maintain backend APIs using Python (FastAPI)Design scalable systems to integrate biometric, wearable, and behavioral dataWork closely with frontend, product, and AI teams to ship new featuresEnsure privacy, performance, and observability across our platformWrite clean, testable code and participate in architectural discussionsContribute to DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation as needed

✅ What We’re Looking For5+ years of backend engineering experience in production environmentsExpert-level Python skills, especially with frameworks like FastAPI or FlaskStrong understanding of API design, microservices, and async architectureExperience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud deployment (GCP preferred)Comfort working with SQL databases and data pipelinesClear communicator who thrives in remote, fast-moving teamsProduct-minded: you care about building for impact and usability
 Bonus PointsExperience in digital health or regulated data systemsBackground in data engineering or time-series pipelinesExposure to ML ops or model deployment workflowsExperience with PostgreSQL optimization or event-driven architecturesEurope-based (preferred but not required if open to occasional travel)
