Your Mission:

Develop high-quality backend systems using NodeJS, adhering to best coding practicesEnsure production stability and promptly resolve critical issues to minimize operational impactAnalyze existing code and identify opportunities for enhancement and optimizationSupport cross-functional teams by addressing change requests efficientlyMentor and guide junior developers on best practices in software developmentReview peer pull requests to maintain code quality and consistency

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong foundation in algorithms and data structuresOver 3 years of full-time experience in backend engineeringProficient in backend development technologies such as NodeJS, NestJS, ExpressJS, GraphQL, and PostmanExperienced in database management, including MongoDB and MySQLFamiliar with automation workflows using tools like Selenium, Cypress, and PuppeteerDemonstrated passion for programming and problem-solving independently

Bonus Points:

A portfolio of relevant projects is highly advantageousExperience with GCP or AWS cloud services and Infrastructure as Code practicesFamiliarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)Experience in technical documentation is a plus
