logoWe are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our team in the Commercial DIA IT space, Region EMEA-LATAM, focusing on Central/Eastern Europe and Africa.

Responsibilities:
Represent the team in your country, acting as a subject matter expert.Provide support to key and end users, drive best practices, and assist with local/global project rollouts.Manage business opportunities, prioritization, technology consulting, implementation of enterprise solutions, and support adoption of IT solutions.Perform process automation, change management, and provide L1/L2 support.Engage with key user communities and lead coaching efforts.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience with SAP (R/3, S4 preferred).Fluent in English (C1); Lithuanian is a plus.Strong business analysis, requirement gathering, and process modeling skills.Experience with SAP SD, MM, Procurement, WMS, EDI, and middleware integration is advantageous.Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and waterfall processes.Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a global matrix organization.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and workshop facilitation skills.Willingness to travel to Lithuania and neighboring countries.
