Description:As a Senior business developper, you will work closely with your team lead and team members to reach your annual target of partnerships with worldwide Tech providers in the hospitality industry.You will be provided with a full onboarding program, existing pipeline, and a full list of qualified prospects. You will use internal tools such as Salesforce, Lusha, Zoom in order to perform your tasks and reach your objectives. Responsibilities:- Develop relationships and engagement with decision-makers in new Enterprise clients / partners in the hospitality sector (Full sales cycle – B2B)- Identify new business opportunities and present the company’s solutions and services to potential clients / partners- Follow-up on leads and conduct product value-based demonstrations- Work closely with the sales, support and partner success departments to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate new business (as needed)- Report activities in company’s CRM (Salesforce) to ensure a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting
Requirements:- 3 years of sales experience, in the technology / hospitality sector- Entrepreneur mindset, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed- Fluent English (mandatory) + French / Spanish / German / Italian (to be determined based on profile) with excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients/partners- Strong presentation and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (Remote position)- Experience in the Hospitality tech field required (PMS, Booking engine, Channel manager areas)
