Senior C++ Software Developer – Leuven – Freelance 12 months+
For a large multi-national manufacturing client based in Leuven, I am looking for several freelance Senior C++ Software Developers for a 12-month mission with extensions.
This role offers 2 days working from home per week.
Responsibilities:
In charge of the software running on the component inspection machines.Designing new software features for the existing and following cohort of component inspection machines.This software includes a large spectrum of applications together with user interfaces, machine control, inspection and measurement, data analysis and reporting.Producing automated unit and integration test cases.Applying these software features utilising modern C++, STL and boost libraries in a Microsoft Windows environment.Co-operating with other software engineers in an agile and international team.
Skills:
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar function.You have a passion for object oriented software design and modern C++.You have an understanding of MFC or QT.Good communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.You are fluent in English.
