Job Description:We are seeking a technically skilled and data-driven Manager to support customer segmentation efforts, campaign performance analysis, and email/push channel health metrics.
Key Responsibilities:Support Marketing and stakeholder teams with advanced campaign targeting and segmentation capabilities.Maintain and develop segmentation for automated programs (e.g., onboarding, retention).Ensure segmentation strategies align with testing methodologies to measure campaign performance accurately.Partner with Tech and Data Engineering teams to resolve technical issues related to customer targeting and data hygiene.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and Wikis for global teams and stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years in CRM, database, or campaign analytics roles.Proficient in Braze, with expertise in segmentation best practices.Advanced knowledge of SQL (experience with AWS Redshift is a plus).Experience supporting outbound marketing teams and creating audiences for email and mobile push notifications.Familiarity with campaign testing strategies, including sampling techniques and control group sizing.Skilled in developing segments for multi-channel campaigns and automated customer journeys.Strong technical abilities combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
