I am currently partnered with a client at the forefront of technological advancement in Artificial Intelligence and I am seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to join their talented team in Darmstadt, Germany. In this pivotal role, you will play a key role in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that power my clients AI’s innovative products. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s growth and success.

What You Will Do:Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and data pipelines.Conduct research and experimentation to explore new applications of AI and NLP (Natural Language Processing).Work closely with engineers and product managers to integrate AI solutions into our core products.Analyse complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and inform product development strategies.Stay up to date on the latest advancements in AI and NLP research.Collaborate with a talented team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers in a fast-paced environment.Participate in technical discussions and presentations to clearly communicate complex data science concepts.What We Are Looking For:PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior data scientist role.Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning algorithms and data pipelines.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluency in English is required.Compensation:Competitive salary range of €110,000 – €150,000.Performance-based bonus structure.Stock options after probation period.Comprehensive company pension plan after one year.Company health insurance.Child Care AssistanceOpportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects that have a real-world impact.Collaborative and fast-paced work environment.Hybrid work model with flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days per week.Ready to Join the Future of AI?
