People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country’s oldest interactive agencies – Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner in the banking sector, we are looking for Senior Delphi Developer.

Your Duties Will Include

Design and develop robust desktop applications using Delphi.Implement network communication features using TCP/IP protocols.Create and maintain client-server applications.Develop and optimize database connectivity solutions.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Debug and resolve software defects.Collaborate with the QA team for testing and issue resolution.Provide technical documentation for developed solutions.Participate in code reviews and software architecture discussions.

Requirements That Must Be Met

Over 5 years’ experience in Delphi programming.Extensive experience in Delphi, VCL and FMX.Proven experience in TCP/IP programming and multi-threaded applications.Solid understanding of client-server architecture and database systems.Valid driving licence (category B) for business travel.Very good English and Polish
