What will you be doing?

The role is centred around developing our ServiceNow platform to help facilitate our Service Management processes,

Following direct customer engagement with our key users around the world to understand requirements; you will use your ITIL process

This role is part of a fast paced agile team located across the UK and France and will suit someone with a thirst
