Senior Frontend Developer – REMOTE

Job Overview

An exciting opportunity to join a one of the most profitable Global Hedge Funds, working closely with members of trading desks and other development teams. You are expected to provide technical expertise to enhance, support and refresh the front office trading UI systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for the design, development and deployment of new and existing componentsand frameworks.• Responsible for proposing new designs and modifying existing ones to continuouslyimprove performance, functionality, and stability of the system.• Facilitate communication and collaboration with trading desk, level-2 support, and peertechnology teams.• Provide day-to-day level-2 application support for multiple trading applications andinfrastructure.
Qualifications/Experience:
Mandatory:• Enthusiasm for programming and solid computer science fundamentals.• A minimum of 6 years experience of building enterprise systems using modern browser-based technologies.• React, Typescript to expert level• Ability to develop reusable frameworks.
Desirable:• Experience in front office electronic trading• Order Management and Financial Products
