To help continue scaling our award-winning SaaS platform, we are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As both a leader and individual contributor, this person will have significant input on key product, architecture and recruiting decisions.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor software across the entire tech stackReview code and promote software development best practicesBuild and maintain backend APIs, microservices and data pipelinesIterate and back test machine learning modelsProvide thoughtful input on key product, database and infrastructure decisionsCollaborate across departments with fellow teammates in support, implementation, sales, etc.
Qualifications
5+ years of full-stack experience requiredStrong candidates should be comfortable with the following:A high-output, high-excitement environmentSolving complex problems at scaleMeticulous attention to detailWorking with large distributed systems and data pipelinesCommunicating honestly and transparentlyWorking knowledge of or willingness to learn: Python, Django, Node.js, Vue.js, AWS [Elastic Beanstalk, RDS, Lambda, SQS]Extra credit for experience working with:Telephony, voice and messaging APIsPyTorch and other machine learning frameworksMarketing technologies and related integrationsHIPAA compliance
Additional Information
Candidates who can work out of our downtown Raleigh office are preferred but we will also consider exceptional remote applications.
