Today, we are integrating process automation & LLMs into a robust data architecture that is fundamentally changing how companies interact with their employees and service providers. You may even get paid faster.
Now this may seem a bit outlandish, as everyone is doing this these days. Our team has collectively raised over 750 million from VCs in Germany and Silicon Valley. They have also built one of Europe’s biggest payroll products on the tech and product side.

We’re looking for Builders
People who want to get their hands dirty & have done so in the past. No doubt: You should be an experienced engineer or a subject matter expert in whatever you do — we’re working in a very complex field and building the perfect solution is definitely a technical challenge.
But we don’t care if you worked for a big tech company or graduated from a private school in Palo Alto. It’s much more interesting to us if you’re passionate about exploring new tech, have built your own projects on the side, or created your own things in the past.
We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team. We value hands on attitude and high-problem solving skills more than anything.

Why this is excitingWe’re still early-stage – You’ll contribute to & shape the core architectureSenior team with massive experience in payroll and building companiesTeam experienced with building fintech products from 0 to hyperscaleProduct leads who already built large-scale payroll solutionsProduct that is already needed by customers waiting to test itCollaborate remotely with our team with hubs in Berlin and Munich, and work in a flexible frameworkUnusual business restrictions & a high degree of complexity (observability, log events, data availability)
What you should bring5+ years of experience with React or comparable frameworks5+ years of experience with JS based backendsStrong experience with API architecture, complex data models & data accessingStrong proficiency in setting up and interacting w infrastructure providers (AWS & Azure)Strong proficiency in software testing strategies, security & architecture best practicesDatabase first way of thinking: Data integrity while maintaining flexibility wrt to data models is key[Bonus]: Experience with LLMs and ML pipelines (we’re live with an MVP here, it’s not just buzzwords)

Interview processOur interview process is not too different from what you might’ve seen in other places. But since we value your time a lot we try to keep it as lean as possible.
Also, we don’t expect you to implement bubble sort in million different ways. Especially the tech interviews are more in a collaborative style to see if we vibe than anything else.
