Front-End Developer Job Description

During Your First Two Weeks, You Will

Get acquainted with our codebase, focusing on Vue 3, Vuetify, Nuxt, Node, and TypeScriptAttend team meetings
to gain an understanding of ongoing projects and team dynamicsEngage in pair programming sessions with team members to become familiar with our development practices

During Your First 1-3 Months, You Will

Begin taking ownership of frontend tasks and features, while collaborating closely with the teamParticipate in code reviews, contributing to maintaining high standards in
code quality and designAttend optional in-office team-building eventsContribute to project planning and feature design discussions

During Your First 6-12 Months, You Will

Be an active participant in planning, standups, and reviewsWork closely with designers and product managers to bring projects to completionMentor new team members, helping
them adapt to our workflows and codebaseHave the opportunity to explore new technologies and propose ways they could benefit our projects

What We Think You’ll Need To Be Successful

Solid experience with Javascript and CSSFamiliarity with or eagerness to learn Vue 3, Vuetify, Nuxt, Node, TypeScript, Options APIAbility to work collaboratively
with a teamStrong communication skills for effective teamwork and project coordinationInterest in or understanding of design principlesGeographical proximity to the Tampa Bay area for optional in-office events
