About the roleThe UK IT Operations department is committed to providing exceptional support and adding value through world class service to our customers across the UK. Acting as the initial point of contact for all IT-related issues, we ensure customer queries are managed and resolved efficiently from start to finish. Our IT Operations team engages with a diverse array of technologies and infrastructures, fostering an environment where problem-solving and collaboration are key to ensuring customer satisfaction.

For this role, you will be required to work onsite full-time as part of a dedicated customer support team, both in central Aberdeen and offshore as needed. BOSIET certification is essential. You will be responsible for supporting both office and remote users, as well as contributing to continuous improvement through process optimisation and documentation.We can offer a competitive salary in addition to a competence plan for growth. Who you are?We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality customer service and can demonstrate a strong work ethic. While the criteria below is ideal, we’re eager to speak with those who share our enthusiasm for IT and customer support.
Over 2 years of experience working in a ServiceDesk or Desktop EnvironmentValid BOSIET Certification and experience of working offshoreA genuine passion for IT technologies and customer supportStrong interpersonal skills – able to listen attentively and provide clear instructionsProcess-driven, with the ability to contribute to, improve, and document processes to enhance daily operationsA solutions-oriented problem solver

Qualifications:We require poficiency in the English language, , with god oral and written presentation skillsAt a minumum you should have some knowledge and experience with ITIL processes, and broad understanding of enterprise IT and User requirements.
Beneficial, but not essential requirements include:Certifications from i.e., ITIL, Microsoft.Familiarity with the following technologies: Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Hybrid Cloud, Office 365 Administration, Cloud services, Windows server, Windows 11, Citrix, RDS, SCCM.
