The Role:Design, develop, and maintain robust Ruby on Rails applications tailored to meet business needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and DevOps, to ensure seamless project delivery.Optimise and scale existing applications to handle increasing demand and ensure reliability.Participate in architectural design discussions, bringing forward innovative and scalable solutions.Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:Extensive experience as a Ruby on Rails developer – ideally 7-8 years +.Experience leading projects ideally.Experience with database design and management, particularly PostgreSQL or MySQL.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies.
Details:Salary up to £60,000 / €70,000Fully Remote – candidate must be based in Europe.
