Project overview:
The Senior Salesforce BA/Technical Product Owner plays a crucial role in supporting business processes using technology solutions. This role is dedicated to complex, large-scale Salesforce projects developed by the team. This role also provides stakeholders with timely updates and metrics through effective communication. They adapt to evolving business and project requirements. The Senior Salesforce BA/TPO will work with the Primary TPO & Lead Business Analyst to ensure effective utilization of the Solution/Platform capabilities to achieve state business outcomes.
Key Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in requirements management or business analysis in IT companiesProven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst/Product Owner delivering Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud/CPQ as a minimum)Good functional knowledge of Salesforce features and processes, especially around Lead to OrderExperience working as a Salesforce BA in an Agile environment.Ability to prioritize tasks/objectives with strong organizational, administrative and analytic skillsCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of key business analysis tasks, requirements engineering techniquesFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologyTechnical background & understandingShifted hours 10AM-7PM or 9AM-7PM (CET). Central time overlap required: ~2-4 hours per day.
Nice to have:
Experience in Agile SAFe frameworkExperience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations with multiple instances.
Responsibilities:
Consult and liaise with Lead Business analyst & other stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements. Create work items in stories in backlog.Develop user stories from solution architect’s design and customer requirements including details of the data interfaces within the different layers of the data platform.Analyze and consolidate information to develop solutions to ensure business requirements are achievedPartner with wider scrum team to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences and reduced cost and time impactsProvide expert support to key stakeholders in managing system and process changesProvide expert advice on Salesforce application solutionsProduce functional, technical and system design documentationCreate test scenarios for applications and enhancements, ensuring functional requirements are metFacilitate testing of new solution functionality roll-outsUtilize and champion agile techniques to deliver on competing requirementsWork as the administrator of the scrum board. Ensure that cards are up to date and the scrum tools like Jira are working well.Facilitate and manage key Sprint ceremonies/meetings: Stand ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives.Regular analysis of burndown charts and other portfolio planning tools to understand what gets built and at what cadence.Meet individually with team members and stakeholders as needed.The scrum master aids the team by eliminating external blockers and managing internal roadblocks through process or workflow improvements.
