Job Overview

Key ResponsibilitiesGrasp the strategic needs and challenges of our clients by gathering functional and non-functional requirements through interviews and workshops with stakeholders.Create detailed solution designs that you will continuously refine as new insights and requirements emerge. Define fitness functions to ensure that the design is adhered to.Collaborate with the sales team to draft and defend project proposals.Experiment with new technological designs and ideas , providing feedback on their impact on the team, company, and projects.Guide other developers and architects through pair programming and by challenging them to improve their skills and develop new solutions .
Desired QualificationsStrong problem solver with the ability to clearly communicate your ideas to stakeholders.Experience in a similar role with strong technical, coaching, pre-sales, business analysis, and project management skills.A Master’s degree  in Computer Science.Excellent internal and external communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in both Dutch and English.Solid experience in designing and implementing complex, evolutionary software solutions.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.Proficiency in Angular, Java, Node.js, React, Flutter, and architectural styles such as event-driven, Hexagonal, Microkernels, and microservices.Willingness to take on additional responsibilities such as organizing internal events, supporting pre-sales processes, and researching new technologies ️.
