Senior Software Engineer – Ab Initio Specialist – ON-SITE

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Senior Software Engineer – Ab Initio Specialist position and participate in our up-and-coming project from the banking industry.

You can expect:

Design, build, and maintain data integration pipelines using Ab InitioAutomate data exports from HR systems into a centralized analytics platformCollaborate with HR, analytics, and IT teams to align technical work with business needs

Requirements

Proficiency in Ab Initio (development and troubleshooting) – 7 years of experienceSolid experience with ETL processes and working with large-scale data pipelinesFamiliarity with integrating multiple data sources, especially HR-related systems (e.g., HCM, LMS)Understanding of data security and compliance principlesExperience with enterprise data environments and production-grade solutionsExcellent English skills

Nice to have:

Experience with other ETL/data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, DataStage) Knowledge of HR data models and domain-specific integrationsPrevious work in Agile or cross-functional teams
