 How you will make an impact:You’ll work as part of an experienced and rapidly growing team of software and robotic engineers developing motion planning and multi-agent control software for a highly innovative unmanned aerial system (UAS) solution. You will lay the foundation for the ground control software and define the operation of a new generation of multi-agent aerial systems. More specifically, you will: Develop and build the front- and backend of our swarming platform’s ground control software. Work with UX designers and product leadership to deliver intuitive operator workflows. Collaborate with robotics engineers to integrate planning and control algorithms in the ground control station backend. Collaborate with connectivity engineers to define and build interfaces between the ground control software and swarm agents. Contribute to the system architecture and product roadmap within your team. Mentor junior team members and interns.
✅ What you need to be successful:B.Sc. in Computer Science, Communication Technology or several years of experience in related fields. A record of successfully delivered full-stack projects, preferably in robotics applications. Solid understanding of and experience with state-of-the-art web application frameworks. Prior experience with or domain knowledge of autonomous systems or swarm operations is a strong plus. A hands-on attitude and strong sense of ownership. You approach complex problems systematically and document your results. You are a team player. You win when the team wins.
We are hiring for this position for either our Munich or Karlsruhe office.
