Job Responsibilities :-
As a lead (SDE3), you are have ownership of functionality your team is responsible forLead by example, mentor and guide team members on everything from structured problem solving to development best practicesDesign and build highly reliable, available and scalable systemsContinuously contribute to improving our technology ecosystem, libraries, frameworks, utilities and servicesParticipate in deciding your team’s roadmap in collaboration with Management and Product
Qualifications:
5+Years of work ExperienceDeep expertise in at least one programming language & tech stackSubstantial experience in building complex and scalable solutionsStrong object-oriented design skills, ability to apply design patterns, and an uncanny ability to design intuitive module and class-level interfacesThe ability to do deep problem solving and build elegant, maintainable solutions to complex problemsExperience leading multi-engineer projects and mentoring junior engineers
