Summary Of Position

We are looking at hiring talented and motivated junior Software Engineers to develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel
algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real- time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements. You will review and test software components for adherence
to the design requirements and documents test results. Your responsibilities include resolving software problem reports, utilizing software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment,
and providing specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of COTS/GOTS in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from
system level to individual software components.

All positions require a TS/SCI with Polygraph and will generally be on-site.

These positions will be part of our Defense and Intelligence Business unit serving the Intelligence Community as our primary customer.

Job Specifications/Requirements

0+ years of experience is required for this role.Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.Serve as team
lead at the level appropriate to the software development process being used on any assigned project. Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.Design and code new software or modify
existing software to add new features.Debug existing software and corrects defects.Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments.Make recommendations for improving documentation and software
development process standards.Develop or implement algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards.Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components.Develop software solutions
by analyzing system performance standards, conferring with users or system engineers; analyzing systems flow, data usage and work processes; and investigating problem areas.Design, develop and modify software systems, using
scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.Design or implement complex database or data repository interfaces/queries.Applicants should have Python experience and
1 or more of the following:KubernetesApache AirflowElasticsearchGitlab for CI/CDExpertise in software architecture, writing clean code, and software patterns and design principles

Salary And Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $85,000-$152,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location
and contractual requirements, which could possibly fall outside of this range.
