Our expertise spans multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and ITBM (PPM).

We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in multiple projects utilizing various modules and applications within the ServiceNow platform.

Your tasks

Conducting business analysis to understand customers’ expectations for ServiceNow out-of-the-box or custom solutionsTranslating user requirements into development specifications and supporting the development team as neededDesigning solutions that align with stakeholders’ requirementsCreating and managing project and deliverable documentationEstablishing technical requirements for the delivery team, e.g., user stories, acceptance criteriaSupervising development progress and guiding customers through the UAT phaseManaging production deploymentsConducting necessary training for end-users on platform usability and implementing solutions

Requirements

Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platformPrevious experience as a Business AnalystAbility to collaborate with both technology and business stakeholders dailyStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, especially in addressing development issues, negotiating with customers, and implementing solutions based on ServiceNow best practicesFundamental understanding of the technologies used within ServiceNow, such as JavaScript, REST API, and relational databasesFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience in creating understandable flow charts according to BPMN guidelinesServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
