Job Description
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Service Level Objectives (SLO) and IT Service Management (ITSM), with at least one year of hands-on experience in SLO.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules. Implement and manage Service Level Objectives (SLO) within the ServiceNow platform. Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications. Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the development process.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Hands-on experience with Service Level Objectives (SLO) for at least 1 year. Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM). Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Contract Details
Initial contract duration: 3-6 months with the potential for full-time hire. Competitive compensation based on experience.
