ServiceNow Developer – Freelance – 6-12 Months – Remote
Next Ventures are working with a global consultancy who are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join their clients team.
As the ServiceNow Developer you will design, develop, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, ITSM processes, and have the ability to build scalable and efficient solutions.
This role is for a 6-12 month contract + extension working remotely.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.Create workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and data integrations.Customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs, REST, and SOAP web services.Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions..Perform unit testing and support UAT for ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and modules.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and ServiceNow Glide scripting.Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal.Understanding of relational databases and data modeling.Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
