Our client is an investment adviser with over $20 billion in AUM focused on investing in global credit and special situations. The Software Engineer will join the core development
team and will be responsible for building in-house systems along with integrating and customizing third-party applications critical to the operation of the firm.

Responsibilities

Develop, support, document, and test the firm’s custom .NET straight-through processing trade platform, portfolio management platform, as well as other business-critical .NET platform functions
– including research, pricing, financing, trade settlement, compliance, diagnostic, and workflow modulesDevelop, support, document, and test custom integrations for third-party platforms such as Unit4 Agresso, SharePoint,
and IntegriDataWrite well organized and thought-out documentation using ConfluenceIdentify performance bottlenecks and system bugs, and devise solutions to these problemsWork directly with the project management and business
teams to translate application requirements into functional applications

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science required3-8 years of software engineering experienceStrong experience with Java
or C# developmentExperience developing SQL and stored proceduresExperience with scripting languages such as PowerShell a plusExperience with DevOps, C/I, and GIT a plus

Salary Range

$100,000-$150,000
