Job Description:
The Transactional Notifications team is looking for a Software Development Engineer, who will act as first level support and development for all incoming production software application issues dealing with retail Notification applications. Your solutions will impact our customers directly.
Primary responsibilities include:developing monitoring solutionstroubleshooting/debugging and implementing the fix for internally developed code (JAVA, HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT)performing SQL queriesimproving our systems that gather metrics on our featuresupdating, tracking and resolving technical challenges.
Responsibilities also include:working alongside development on Corporate and Divisional Software projectsupdating/enhancing our current softwareautomation of support processes and documentation of our systems.
Job Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is interested in:a career in software development and is looking to utilize and expand their coding skills and gain exposure to a wide variety of software applications.They must be detail oriented, have superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, are able to work independently and can maintain professionalism under pressure.

Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $ 50.00 – $ 54.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
