Job Description
You are in charge of the concept and development of our real time software solutions for timekeeping and scoring systems used in the next Olympic Games or World Cups. This also includes the interfaces with the hardware devices (sensors, timers, cameras).
Responsible to ensure the highest quality and reliability of the software, you support continuous improvement. During sport competitions, you assist the technology and work in close collaboration with our sports managers and the sports federations to validate the new timekeeping technologies. Finally, you support and train the testing and operational team and take part in innovation projects.
Profile
YOUR PROFIL:
4+ years of experience as a professional software developerYou hold a Bachelor`s or a Master`s degree in Software Engineering or equivalentBeing resilient, you are able to operate in a dynamic and sometimes stressful environmentYou would describe yourself as optimistic, motivating and visionary and interested in sportsExcellent problem-solving skills and you pay attention to detailsYou are available for travels abroad (approximately 20%) and remote on call support operations
Professional Requirements
Proven experience in developing and delivering backend web applications with Express/Node.jsSolid frontend web development experience, ideally (but not necessarily) with Vue.jsStrong knowledge of Cloud platforms (e.g. AZURE, AWS)You have experience of automated testing, monitoring and deployments, as well as good understanding of Agile principles and DevOps practicesPrevious experience in C#/.Net is desirable, but not required. Willingness to learn and work in C#/.Net project is however a requirement
Languages
Strong communication skills in English are mandatory
