The Role
Role
Understand the complex platform business logic Analyze the error message/logs and diagnostic the issue Filter the noise alerts like flaky test/transient issue and take related action Analyze the volume and be able to fix the configuration issue Reroute the critical ICM tickets to FTE team in time Take action to deal with incoming tickets within SLA requirement Communicate effectively with clients on complex technical issues Effective, polished interaction with customer to gather information Push the issue forward to make it to be solved as soon as possible Track the issue until it solves Analyze/summarize the issue weekly
Ideal Profile
Qualification
Proficient in Azure DevOps YAML pipeline, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux. Good with C#. Respond to deal with issues as part of a 24X5 on-call rotation.
