The Division

Dataflow Events have been delivering event registration systems for over 20 years. This extended to sponsor ticket and asset management systems over the last 10 years

The Position

We are seeking talented a full stack developer with expertise in .NET, React, and SQL Server to join our team. The successful candidate will work as part of the development team, participating in the design and implementation of new features, along with maintaining and upgrading existing systems. Our product is primarily built with Dot Net Framework with C#, Asp.Net MVC and SQL Server. Candidate should have good experience of working with Front End techs such as JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML5 & CSS3. The candidate should have a knowledge of Visual Studio and Source control (SVN/Git/TFS).

The selected candidate shall work out of Contour Software Islamabad resource center office, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.

Timings

For the initial 3 to 4 ramp-up months, the selected candidate should have at least 6 hours of overlap with UK working hours. After the ramp-up period, this overlap requirement will be reduced to 3-4 hours.

Roles And Responsibilities

Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and implement new features and improvements.Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle: requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues in a timely manner.Participate in weekly, daily, and other team meetings.Learn and contribute to the existing product alongside other technologies.Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy, quality, and responsive delivery times.Perform thorough unit testing to ensure the quality of work completed.Manage all source code changes using the assigned version control tools. Document all development updates accurately within the company’s tracking systems.

Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer engineering, or equivalent technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Full Stack Development using Asp.Net MVC, C#, and SQL Server.Good experience with Front End techs such as JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML5 & CSS3.Strong understanding of database design and development with SQL Server.Experience with Web Services and Web APIs.Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative team player.Strong communication skills, with the ability to understand and work with other team members effectively.
